i finally took a nice pic of my cynarina coral this weekend enjoy!

Very nice. Although I usually think of cynarina as a 'button coral' and a scolymia as a 'meat coral'.

Strange how they seem to get mixed up like that? I always thought of scolymias as donut coral ;p I need to get me one of those

They are mainly water-filled during the day, which gives the coral a nice pale rose-colored appearance. At night, mine flattens out and extends its feeder tentacles:
