Please Help!Bump on Clown?

I purchased a pair of true percs about a week ago and when i went to feed them yesterday i noticed a translucent white bump in or on her gill. Its big and i've been researching but have not found what this could be. Any ideas? She's still active and eatting. All other fish are happy, healthy and no weird mystery bumps. Pic is not the best but it shows the bump on her gill.

Can you get a clear picture of the problem spot?

Yes picture is unclear. Is she eating much? Although in this picture she seams to be moving around, but has she been laying on the bottom? When i get a clownfish that comes down with skin issues, the first thing i think of is brook.
