Moderate 15 – 17x tank volume turnover
High 20x+ tank turnover

I only saw one question..
And my answer is sure you can count return pump flow into it..
The 3-5x return pump flow rate really doesnt matter much in the total flow numbers..

I wouldnt agree with your flow rate classifications either.. High is certainly not that low and most will have problems running your low or moderate levels long term due to stagnation in many areas of the tank..
High IMO is 50x+ and average is around 30x. I wouldn't run a tank below 20x
Many SPS tanks run 50 to 75x or more..

That is what I wanted to know. I wanted to check my facts. I always had more flow then this in my previous tanks but I ran accross those numbers from what seemed reputable and thought maybe I was wrong

FWIW - I run my SPS dominant 120DT at a max of ~100x, average about 80x.

I'm with mcgyvr - even in my FO days I was at 20-30x. And I count only in-tank circulation. The return pump is just a bonus.
