Please help ( fins falling apart)

I recently bought a coral beauty and she cane down with a small case of ich . Or so I thought. She started rubbing herself on rocks and I notice a white soot on her fin. So I bought a cleaner shrimp and herbtana (herbal medicine) ive been dosing for a week. I recently placed her in the fuge and if need be she can be place in a quarantine tank ,If need be. The qt tank isnt filled or running.
Ive attached a picture of her fins. She is still eating and even strong enough to chase my flame angel around the tank. Not sure whats going on can anyone please help. All I have on hand is the herbtana and some formalin if I can find it. I am have several other antibiotics at my disposal if need be because I am a veterinary tech.

A picture would be helpful. Herbal and reef safe remedies don't do much good in this hobby, it sounds like she may need antibiotics.

Is she being bullied? What are her tank mates (inverts included)? Tank size? Water parameters?

The tears don't really look like fin rot, but more like the product of another animal in the tank. If she has ich as well, all of the fish should be treated in a hospital tank and the display should be left fishless for at least 8 weeks to interrupt the life cycle of the parasite.

No other fish are affected. Just a clown now. And a turbo snail

You mentioned a flame angel in your previous post?

So she's now in the fuge, correct? Has the fin damage gotten worse since you moved her?

Yes the fins have gotten worse since I moved her. She didnt want to eat this evening. Shoot , I work at a vet clinic ans I wish it was as simple as throwing some amoxicillan or cephalexin in there.

The flame angel is actually picked on slightly by the coral beauty "she rules the roost" .

Maybe you should do a fresh water dip and see if anything comes off the fish or any improvement in its condition
