Please Help Fish Sick?

Hello I new to the forum, and new to SW fish as well. I have a 20 Gallon Fish Only Saltwater Tank with two clowns 1 wrasse an email crabs, and a bunch of hermits. I did a big water change two days ago because the water was looking bad, and this morning I woke up and found that my clowns were swimming at the top and seem to have turned white, the wrasse while not swimming at the top seems to be slightly whitish as well. I turned up the air stone and they began to swim around a little more but still look sickly.... the Salinity is .21-.22 the PH seems okay.... and there is little to no ammonia or nitrates..... the tanks has been up and running for about 7 months

Also I was trying to snap a decent picture but they aren't allowing me to get a very good one. I noticed that their color is slightly better since turning the air stone up about an hour ago, and they are swimming alot more.

While brook can't be ruled out, in this case I would rather suspect a bacteria bloom or ammonia.
Some pictures of the whole setup and the fish would be helpful.
