Please help Identify this Algae

Tank is roughly 8 months old.. I have noticed this plant like Algae growing on some of my rocks... they have green stalks and kind of round flat disk on the ends of them.. I have held off on pulling it out...any idea what this is? thanks.

grape caulerpa. invasive, will root itself into the rocks making eradication difficult. I would consider removing the rock if at all possible, plucking/scraping as much as possible, then pouring some hydrogen peroxide on it to kill the remainder.

the heads though are not round? they are flat..like little lilly pads...is that still grape?

Caulerpa peltata most likely.
