A green finger leather, would be my guess! Polyps have not opened yet! Looks a lot like mine when I first put my lights on.

Here is a picture of mine ,it looses a lot of that bluish green color when fully extended but it is still a beautiful coral.

The picture is from a fish store and I got the pic from some friends who were visiting. There is no LFS where I'm living, so they are going to bring some corals home to me
The one to the right of the finger, is that a toadstool? Also, will it "œbrown out" the same way?

Never had a toadstool myself but it sure looks like one! can not help you with the color!
