Please help me with Royal Gramma Eye

I thought my Royal Gramma had popeye. Tried QT with Maracyn 2 for about 8-9 days. The eye hasn't looked any better, in fact for the last few days it's turned kinda white. Hopefully it shows up ok in this picture. My water parameters are great. 0 nitrates, nitrites or ammonia. She's in a 10 gallon with a refugium, no other fish. (She gonna go back in the 29 gallon when it's ready)
Please let me know if you know what is causing this.

Other than the bulging eye which is now 40% white, she looks and acts perfectly fine.

No thoughts? Not sure the picture is as helpful as it could be. The bulging of the eye is obvious, but I don't think the color shows up well. The coloring around the lense is rather hetergenous. Some parts are very white. I imagine the eye is not going to recover. The fish seems to be behaving normally. I wanted to make sure it's not a secondary fungal infection or something that requires treament. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
