Please help my emperor

My emperor has been fighting this strange parasite for three months. What could it be? There seem to be small worms (very small) that protrude from holes in the skin. See the skin damage.

I have used a lot of prazi pro thinking it is flukes but they don't seem to subside.

Please help if you know what this is and how to treat it. I am going crazy trying to figure this out.

He is in a 2500 Gal tank. The rest of the fish also seem affected but not to this extent.

Sir
Ask the mods to move it to Fish disease and treatment
You will probably find the answer there.

I posted there as well but no answer. So i figured the people with large tanks have large fish and big fish volume so they may have encountered this worm/fluke like parasite.

looks like bad water. Get some parameters of what we are dealing with. Seems that the fish has bacterial issues that need to be solved in the water column

Please list amonia, nitrite, nitrate levels. Along with have you checked for stray voltage in your tank.

The water is a little cloudy because of praziquental and chloroquine phosphate. The water parameters are fine. It is not a reaction to the water but rather a parasite. It is too bad there are thousands of different varities. i guess if all else fails i will have to try formalin. I don't like using that but might not have a choice.

+1 I have to agree with water quality. These sort of infections are generally related to parameters which are off. I would do a huge water change, run a lot of carbon, and stop adding any more chemicals to your water.

Did you add something to your tank or make any changes 3 months ago or did it just show up out of nowhere? Prazi does a pretty good job on worms so it could be bacterial... I would also measure EVERYTHING and stop adding chemicals for now. You said the other fish have it too and you're probably stressing everything further by messing with their water quality which will inhibit their natural defences. Please post your water parameters.
