please help my fish is not well

i have a blond naso it stop eating about a week ago. after i put it on erythromycin it starts to pick on food a little starting on monday. But we have a new problem now. its stomach starts to swell and i dont know what to do to treat that. Any of you expert out there can help me?? Please help me the fish has lost alot of weight.

That sounds like an internal infection which can be difficult to treat.

You might consider purchasing some of Seachems focus ... its a product that helps bind antibiotic to food and if I recall also includes some antibiotics as well.
