Not sure .. but swimming upside down is a bad sign. Could be an internal infection which has impacted his swim bladder. Internal infections are difficult to treat usually requiring the fish to consume antibiotics and fish that swim upside down rarely eat.
If the fish is eating consider soaking some food in antibiotics .. Seachem make a product called focus that may also help. If the fish isn't eating then I am unsure what you can do ... fish drink salwater and placing some antibitics in the water column may help but may not be sufficient.
