Please help with algae problem!

Hi!

My name is Andras, I'm from Hungary, and had been running an RSM250Max for the past 8 months..

My problem is that I just can't get rid of the algae - or whatever is covering my whole aquarium, and I don't know what to do anymore

Water parameters are:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0.5
Ca: 410
kH: 9.3
PO4: 0
Mg: 1350

I've tried Red Sea Coral salt, Kent Marine Salt, Aquaforest Coral Salt.
Tried dosing 5ml/day of nopox as well.
I've tried scrubbing it off, but it's really attached to the rockwork, so it seems like an impossible mission..

Please help, what the problem could be!?

This may help. http://www.reefcleaners.org/nuisance-algae-id-guideBy the photos it's a bit hard to pin down which of several you have---doesn't quite look like dinoflagellates, browner than most hair algae, but a gfo reactor (granulated ferrous oxide) may help, medium renewed monthly until improvement.
