Please HELP with diagnosis...

This is my ten year old maroon clown. She has a large leasion, almost hole in her side. She also has fin rot. I would like to know what it is exactly, so i can properly treat her. Thankyou for your help. Below is a video. Time is of the essence because she seems to be getting worse..
