Please help with my mag

A few months back i bought a mag. from a private seller. The anemone looked amazing and was gorgeous. It was very large 5-6 inches across and just looked awesome for about a month/month and a half.

The anemone at first accepted food very well all the time. as time progressed, the anemone began to shrink in size and his tentacles have been been "not sticky". I let it play its course for a bit just to see what was going on.

this is what it looks like today:

To me he looks awful. He has been like this for the past 1/2months so hes not dying.

I have T5 H.O and all my water params are fantastic supporting many fish and corals.

His tentacles are no longer sticky and therefor, cannot take food.

I am wondering,

What did i do wrong?
What can i do to bring him back to his full beauty?
Will he look beautiful again?

This is what he used to look like :

Please help me =[

Thanks,

That anemone is definitely in trouble, but we will need additional information in order to help, including: tank age, more specific information regarding lighting (wattage, color, etc.), as well as specifics (and historical stability) regarding the following parameters: temp, salinity, ph, alk, nitrates, phosphates and ammonia.

I would pull it out and do a round of cipro. He is far from no return... The lack of sticky is most troubling...
