Bought new sediment and DI filter about 2 months ago.Left outside for about 2 weeks and this happened.Green agle is on the inlet of RO filter,does this mean i need a new one.Since this ive had a cyno outbreak.Lights in DT have been off for 2 days now.Any imput would be very help full.

Dismantle everything, soak everything in beach water (running that mixture through the lines as well), rinse thoroughly and let air dry. Replace all filters and Di resin and run for at least 30min to an hour, discarding this water. Then ready for use again.

So is the the RO membrane ok? It has green slime in the inlet of it.Ordered all new ones but would like to save it if possible.Thanks Flipper n Buckeye for the info.

Especially with the amount of algae you show in the pic, my guess is that the membrane is bio fouled.

I'd get all new filters for each stage. Especially if you are ever going to drink the water.
