Hi, I recently purchased some nitrifying bacteria for my new tank. I put in the required amount, but when I came back to the bottle I saw freshwater on the label! Will this harm my tank?

No the bacteria will probably die. Not a big deal.

No. Different type of bacteria. It may add some nutrients as the bacteria dies.

If you have at least one live rock, you don't need to be adding bacteria or ammonia. Just fishfood and patience.
