Please ID spot on Clownfish

Can any identify what this whitish/pink spot is near my Clownfish's mouth? He has been active and feeding normally. I haven't seen any of the other tank mates (helfrichi firefish, royal gramma, clown goby) pick on him. Sorry for the poor picture, of course he never stays still for long and there was a little algae on the glass causing the blur.

I do have some Seachem ParaGuard and can setup a 10g hospital tank, if anyone thinks a dip would help. Thanks.

Kinda looks like one. Try fresh water dip ASAP.

Just to follow-up, I think my clown is going to be OK.

I did the fresh water dip, but didn't really notice a change in the spot.
So I placed him in the hospital tank with some Seachem ParaGuard and over the last 2 days, I have watched the white spot turn pink and then slowly start to disappear. So whatever it was appears to be healing.
