while removing some zoa's with pesky blue cloves i actually saw this "blue things" moving.. i can manually remove them just by touching them using a ziptie

this has been going on for a month or two now but only recently that i noticed that it moves and that i can remove them.. they are actually a brown tissue with blue rings on them. my frogspawn is actually greener underneath this things.

Possibly flatworms? other way i don't think they are good, might need to dip them and maybe treat the tank, i haven't had an issue with any type of flatworms so my opinion is a guess at best. Do you have any wrasse in the tank?

They're flatworms...a *really* bad infestation at that. Salifert Flatworm Exit works well, but you'll need multiple treatments. You'll also need to manually remove as many as possible with a siphon before you treat as those flatworms will release a lot of toxin into the water when they die. (Make sure to have plenty of carbon on hand for after treatment).
