received the package today at 11:30 all corals were dead. Packaging was well done but there was no heat pack included. The water in the bags measured 47 degrees. I was able to get the seller to send another 20 frags. Turns out the seller used USPS label that he printed online, when i went to post office to raise hell they were nice and told me that the package was mistaken as regular ground, they said their labels uses bright red and blue letters and red stickers they says usps express. they said people should not use thoose online printed lables from ebay as the postal workers may not see the express label. is this a crock of crap or what? what do you guys think of this, the box sat in new jersey over the weekend because they did not notice the express label...!!

I know when I ship usps express I make sure they rap with the express tape really well along with my express mail stickers. I always worried about that exact thing happening...

when i drop off at the post office they put express tape on it, same with priority.

yeah this package did not have anything except for a black and white usps express label..maybe it was the sellers post office that messed up.

So glad they are willing to resend you the corals. I think it was the vendors fault. You dont have that type of tape when printing labels for usps. And also im sure there is a specific label for priority. Just they missed the mark. Post pics when they come. I want to see. Do you get much nice coral in new hamshire. And where might I ask in NH. We used to have a cabin in keene. They were limited on saltwater in general as i remember.

keene is to far south for me i go to portsmouth, they have several retailers there, i will post pics when they come in
