Reefsahoy, I'm not sure what specs you’re looking for but I'll try and give an equipment rundown for you. Let me know if there's something else you would like to know.
The aquarium is a Lee-Mar. The dimensions are 48 x 30 x 20 (L x D x H). All four sides are 1/2" starphire glass. It is an open top (braceless) aquarium. I have come to really enjoy turning off the pumps and looking down into the aquarium.
The stand was custom made and sits approx 40" from top to bottom. My wife appreciates that it matches other items in my home.
It's completely illuminated by T5's. There are twelve 54watt bulbs divided into banks of 4 (Actinic+, Pure Actinic, Aquablue, and Actinic+). The Gieseman Matrix fixture completely cover’s the 30†depth of the aquarium. I am glad I made the switch from halides. The combination of open top and T5’s helps keep the tank cooler.
I adhered to the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) ideology while setting this aquarium up. My last aquarium had too many pumps, fans, etc. This operates on a single return pump (480 GPH,dead silent, attached to a penductor), a Vortech MP40, a sump, a large Warner Marine skimmer (it’s the size of a bucket of salt), a Calcium Reactor, and the original Reef Keeper to control it all.
My only maintenance is RO/DI top-off, cleaning out the skimmer cup, cleaning the glass, and water changes. None of these follows a strict schedule and is done as needed.
