It's time to vote for your favorite Nano for March nTOTM!!!!

It was extremely difficult to narrow down this list as there were some really, really, really, great entries...

If you were not selected as a finalist, please don't be offended as my first list of finalists had 11 but I feel should that's just too many tanks to vote on. In the end, I asked for help from 5 other reef club members from my local club for their feelings and I took the top 6 tanks from their votes. Thank you for your entry!!!

If you’ve made the finals, please present a summary of your aquarium including 1 FTS and up to 5 other pictures showing your best shots but feel free to type as much as you like.

Thanks everyone and good luck to you all. :D

In my mind, a tank of the month should show growth and stability. Nano's are so easy to buy and place and show off because of their small size. I picked Ice's because it not only shows beauty, but growth.

bluebastion, i'm sorry you haven't seen my before and after pics. most of the frags i've had started as a mere nub, less than 1 inch. as you may know, some sps pieces grow extremely slow, especially this one deepwater acropora i've had for a year now. it has encrusted well but does not seem to grow at all! :) i also like to scrape my coralline as much as possible for the clean look. if you see all the stuff growing behind my live rocks (tiny sea fans, feather dusters, sponges) it really is amazing how diverse small biotopes can become.

i will be posting my tank within today, thanks for the support everyone!

Thank you for my nomination Calvin and the others. I am currently sick so please forgive if I am slow to follow up or respond.

ez what do you do for up keep waterchanges and additives??? are you using a reactor your demand for ca and alk must be high

ez - Are you using the AquaClear for your chaeto? Can you post a pic? Also, how are those NanoStreams doing? How broad is the flow? You adding any food for the clams?

Questions ending.... Now.

Nice tank, holmes.

becomesocean-
i am not using the aquaclear for chaeto.
i cannot post pics at the moment, my computer is not recognizing my camera.
nanostreams are doing fine, had to return one but it was serviced quickly. flow is broad enough for the tank.
clams are fed dt's reef blend phyto and liquidlife coral food 2 (more rotifers).

kigs-
temp swings are steady at 81-82 thanks to my reefkeeper 2.

i am currently in a desperate state to save one of my black and white clams. after a FW dip for pinched mantle, the six line noticed its weakened state and shredded her to bits. $11 fish destroying a several hundered dollar clam isn't being too good on me :( i have increased lighting back to 10 hours from 7.5 hours and increased phyto feeding to once a day from once a few times every week.
