I have a 35gallons tank and what I use is a HOB type ogf overflow.. with a DIY skimmer( I used airwood and an airpump) I have live rocks about 30lbs and a DSB of about 4"...I can see copepods swimming and it's cycling for almost two months now and my clown is still alive and kicking heheheheh is this a good sign? as for the parameters haven't check it yet. still saving money to buy one :(

Cycle should be done after two months, but can't really say much without water parameters.

Definitely check the whole range of parameters. That's the most reliable way to conclusively say your tank is cycled, and the fact that your clown is alive and healthy is a pretty good sign, too. After two months your tank should be pretty well cycled, but test everything just to be sure.

Oh, and share pics with us!

glad to help but I don't know what your asking for? cycling should be done by now and if you fish is alive and appears unstressed things are looking ok. I would however at least take a water sample to your local fish store for them to test for you.
