I flipped over a rock and saw this fluorescent pink type of color under the rock..sry not the best pics

Its likely just a type of coralline algae that fluoresces more than the normal kind..
Many have it in small spots
 
Stressed coraline algae. They fluoresce when stressed. I bet that piece of rock faced the light before and then fell onto the sand. CA was stressed since it was buried under the sand, once you flipped the rock, it started fluorescing.
