how would I go about connecting a maxijet to a 3/4 inlet? I think the maxijet has a 1/2 outlet... Im lost on how to connect this... dont want it to be permanent either

you lost me.. but the normal end on a maxijet to a plain 3/4" or 1" pvc but I want it to be removable if possible... slip or screw doesnt matter

thats all you need is a union and it will be able to come off! A union adjoins 2 pipes and screws apart. You can also get a reducer that screws on it does not have to be glued

ok, first you take some 1/2" clear flex hose, short piece, connect it to a 1/2" barbed fitting. then you can add a 1/2" to 3/4" reducer to that and you have 3/4" PVC.
