Refinishing hardwoods is a pain with a tank. You have to wait at least 2 days to put any heavy furniture on the floors.

If you want to upgrade, it is the perfect time to do it though.

I think I'd just move everything to the basement for a week or two. Then I'd probably just never move it back. Eventually I'm going to need to redo the carpets so it'll be carpets or hardwoods. Either way the tank will need to be moved. Ugh, I'm not liking that thought right now.
