Doesn't look like a lawnmower to me, more like a mollie miller but not quite. Can you get a better pic?

Thanks everyone for the help I had never heard of a molly miller but that is what they are without a doubt. There are three in a 29 gallon cube which seems like a bad idea. Is there any way to sex them at all? I have tried getting better pics but they are so fast that it's impossible.

Late on this reply, but I think they are juvenile Hypsoblennius hentz (feather blenny).
