Plz ID this seahorse

What is this seahorse? Is it like a pygmy of some kind probably from lembeh? Any idea on species? its not barbiganti, denise or pontohi because none of them have those spikish cirri. It looks like it is in front of a carnation coral of some kind if that helps.
