I can't quite seem to figure out what has killed my green pocillopora. I got it as a small frag and over the last year it has grown to atleast 10x that size. Within the last week it has lost most of its polyps and gone white. Nothing in the tank has changed and I cannot figure out what happened. My last resort was to frag off some of the remaining live parts and hope they survive. The only thing that I can possibly think of was I had some pulsing xenia growing close to it so I decided to remove them and they released alot of their "gunk" (for lack of a better term) around it, and that may have possibly irritated the coral enough to send it downward? I did that a few weeks ago and within the last week this thing has went far south. Any ideas or anyone else experience this?
