I found some VERY large pods in some LR I was QTing.   They are amphipods I believe because they are laterally compressed, but they just look a bit odd to me.  They have a good amount of color and almost look as if there limbs are longer or there are more of them then most I have seen.  I could just be being paranoid, but I wanted to make sure they were ok.

		 10 years at a marine research agency identifying inverts & algae from surveys, 2 years with a marine consulting company doing worms, 4 years at an university museum taking care of their worms, then LA Co. and in another 30 years I'll probably be found early one morning slumped lifeless over my microscope.......with some worms under it. :lol:
