Pods in my tank?

I have looked at the water and see some small things floating in it, but are they pods? I added some from algae barn a few months back but were never sure there were any in the stuff I added. What is the best way to check? The tank is a year old with live rock

I see them on my glass once in a while.. or in my fuge algae..

Or wait till night and shine a flash light in the holes and nooks and crannys of your live rock.. I see alot doing that..all kinds of critters

What is the best way to check?

Visual inspection..
Typically they are crawling on the glass/rocks/sand,etc... vs free swimming in the water..

If you have them, look closely and you'll see them.

Once you spot one and know what to look for, you will see you most likely have tons.
