OK, this is not a typical newbie question, I have been at this for over 10 years, but I cannot find any pods it my tank!
I went through some hardships (i.e. cat turning powerbar off while I was gone for a long weekend, moving 3x, neglect, etc.) but I didn't think it was possible to kill all of my pods off. My current 60 cube has been set up around 1 year but has live rock in it from my first setup that has been in one tank or another for over 10 years. I have a nice HOB with lots of macro, an no pod eating fish in my tank.
Any ideas? I remember in some of my past tanks looking around my tank with a flashlight at night seeing tons of the little buggers, but I have not seen a single one in what seems like the last few years.
