Pods?

My tank has been up for about 2 months... My first live rock went in after about 2 weeks.. Then bout 70 or so lbs of rock 2 weeks ago... And another 100 lbs last week... Everything seems to be growing well.. But I've only ever seen one lil coceopod (spelling) and that was when I put my first 2 rocks in... Am I doing something wrong.. Or being impatient... I even look around at night w a red light... And none on the rocks or bottom..
Bristle worms are doing good.. My snails and hermits are doing great as well... And the last time I tested my water.. Monday I believe... All was perfect.. I'm out of testing material till tomorrow night when I can get back to the store..
It just seems like my last salty tank... Prolly 6 years ago... I had Pods like crazy.. With only 15 lbs of rock... I've got 160 to 180 lbs.. Maybe more places to hide? Oh and no feather dusters at all either

Um... Not really... I rarely use social media.. I just use my own little version of short hand because typing on my phone... Sucks

Your being impatient :bounce3: do you chaeto in your system. If not you could purchase some with pods. Should help

No cheato.. A little gha and some thick.. Mat like allege that came on a couple of the rocks..
I was thinking about getting a batch of Pods off amazon... They offer 3 Differant types of Pods.. With plankton in the water with them for food for like 30 bucks for 6000+
But yes.. I am sure I am inpatient lol.. And constantly looking around my tank with a flashlight looking for something new... I just found a new anemone of some sort that sprouted in a lil cave I the rocks! It came out of what I thought was a dead skeleton of something on the rock... I can't wait to see what it does!

I dont see a ton of copepods in my system either, and its well established. Every once in awhile if I get a little hair algae on the glass i'll see a ton of them zipping around in it so i just assume that they are there in abundance even if i dont see them all the time
