I had planned on getting them an actual urchin to stay in, but since I havn't got a separate grow out tank setup yet I didn't want to stick an urchin in the breeding net with em. right now, they have a small chunk of cheato I threw in the breeding net, it helps keep the current less turbulant for them and gives them a place to hide from the bright lighting. Once I obtain another 20L and a 20H I plan to put together a nice little 40g breeding center for my bangaii's and that'll get a couple urchins in it as well. So far the cheato has been working great, they stay huddles next to it, until feeding time, these guys are smart as hell, already figured out that when the little pipette (came with a test kit) goes in the water, they all come runnin' for it and grab up all the brine shrimp they can catch.
Chris - These little guys will need to get about 5 month older before there ready for homes. I have at least 6 of them spoken for, but I'll keep ya in mind, that'll put me at 8 of them spoken for and 2 more left. Since I don't know how many will make it to that age, I can't promise anything, but if they do, You'll be on my list of people wanting some. And FWIW, I do plan to keep breeding my bangaii's as often as they will allow.
