Pokerstar Montipora problem (shipped in 60 degree water when received))

I just received an online order and the temperature in the montiporas bag was 60 degrees and the water was pretty cloudy. The coral is very pale (almost white). Will it be able to recover or is it toast?

they are tough---low flow and light, you might be surprised!

It will likely recover if even a small piece of it survived it will come back.

It should be able to recover, just keep all your parameters stable as possible.

The problem I see is you paid for a nice coral, you got a 60 degree bag with a coral that will take months to get back to what you were expecting. Not saying it won't but it's not a guarantee and it's definitely not what you paid for.
I would say you need to be compensated some how from the seller.
