Folks, I am going to make this short and simple. If you call me and start yelling and refuse to walk through any prcedures and just wish to raise hell. I will hang up on you. I absolutely will not deal with anyone who is abusive and you will be on your own. If you knew how little I make doing this you would probably wonder why. I enjoy my job and I enjoy my relationship with the Tunze company, I like inventing and I like to help people who share my hobby. Please have some basic human respect and that goes for on the board as well. I am not an unreasonable man. I have to watch out for you, myself, and Tunze company and make sure all parties are treated fair. That is the reason i insist on returns before repair or new product is sent. 4 out of 5 returns have nothing wrong with them it is a RTFM problem. Most problems are very simple and only require cooperation and patience to be resolved. The few returns that are actually broken are usually water damaged electronics. I do the best anyone in my position can do. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated in this matter.
