Polyps not opening

Hello everyone,
Last weekend I purchased a polyp colony from my lfs. Since then, it only has opened partially and without much improvement. I am unsure of what species it is, so here is a picture.
How can I fix this?
Nitrites 0
Ph 8.2
Ammonia <.25
Nitrates 15ish
Specific gravity 1.025
It's a 29 bio cube by the way with a mediarack and chaeto, and a current led bar in the hood.

seeing that this was recently just introduced, did you follow coral introduction techniques in which you place new polyps at the sand bed and not directly under the light but off to the side as to give them some time to slowly acclimate to the lighting scheme and not be " LIGHT SHOCKED ". as time goes on you slowly introduce it more under the light and higher up in your rock work.

You can use same bulb but age of the bulb same? as they age they loose par. Plus take into account were they also in a 29 nano, placed in the same position, same location, same flow and tank parameters? or were they in a frag tank with the lighting hung higher, was there LED turned all the way up or matching to your current level of intensity??? etc etc

Its kinda like having someone used to ok lit room then suddenly dropped into a room lit by stadium lights and the room is much colder than the previous room. You'd be shocked as well, and would take some time to get used to it. ( That's the best analogy I can give)

Yeah I guess I must've shocked them then. Should I run the lights on a lower intensity setting or has the damage already been done? Thanks for the help by the way.
