Hi guys,
I was recently given this fish by a friend because she appeared to need a bit of TLC.
On day 1 I gave her a freshwater dip and got a nice pile of flukes off of her. It seemed like that was enough stress for one day so I waited until today (day 2)to treat her with kanamycin for the popeye/probable infection.
I'd like to treat the remaining parasites as well but I fear a possible reaction of copper to the kanamycin - I honestly don't know much about this. What is my safest course of action? Shall I wait until I finish the kanamycin treatment, or is there something safe that I can use in tandem?
Thank you so much!
