Possible bacteria or ICK ID?

Came home from work this morning and noticed white spots on my two clowns. Kinda looks like skin pealing. No change with eating, activity or breathing. Could you guys take a look and let me know what you think?? Also, this started after my power went out leaving my circulation pump off for 1/2 a day. Tank info below..

30 gallon innovative marine.

Skimmer
In tank filtration inserts with charcoal, ammonia and floss. Also just added ceramic bio pellets.

Last tank parameters performed two days ago were good with weekly 10% water changes.

How long have you had these clowns? When you say, "skin peeling" I think it could possibly be Brooklynella - so definitely look into that.

But what I'm seeing from the pics is inconclusive.

Skin peeling indicates Brooklynella which will kill quickly. The pictures are inconclusive, probably because I am not visually acute.

I will try and get better pictures tomorrow when I get back home. I have had the two clowns for about 4 months and the tank is about 8 months old. Checked on them this morning and the spots on the bigger clown are gone and the faided section on the smaller clown is almost gone.. It's weird.. I am going to keep observing them so- they are feeding great with no changes in behavior really and nothing else in the tank is affected.

Two clowns
Two yellow tail damsels
Chocolate chip star fish
Sand sifting goby
Invertebrates

Thanks for your feedback I will have to look up the bacteria you mentioned.
