Possible issue w/ Tunze Care Magnet

Hi Roger,
I purchased a Tunze Care Magnet (Strong) from Aquacave back on the 18th of November. I've had it in my tank for about the last month or so (Standard 120 gallon.) I just noticed this crack in the plastic that covers the magnet on the inside of the tank. Is this supposed to be here? Looks like plastic is swelling slightly as well. Any help would be appreciated.

No, that is a defect, we had a run of magnets where the polyurethane mixer failed and insufficient hardener was added. Please email me a copy of the receipt and I will send a replacement inside magnet.
