i posted this in the reef discussion forum, but i thought i might get some good results here as well.
How big, generally, are red acro eating flatworms? I was looking in my tank tonight, and on the epoxy that is holding one of my millipora frags i noticed a few very very small brownish looking creatures slowly moving over the epoxy. Sorry, i dont have a pic, and even if i could get a pic these guys are so tiny that they wouldnt even show up. they honestly look like little flecks of brown dirt. None of my corals are closed up and all appear to still ahve good growth and color. Do these sound like flatworms, and if so, should i go ahead and use FWE to try to eraticate them? or are these type non-harmful. I am shuttering now at the thought of me having flatworms....... thanks guys...
the objects in question are maybe 1mm and seem to move fairly quickly over the surface of th epoxy.
