possible sick false perc

Please take a look at this movie I made.

It shows one of my percs acting very funny. He just started doing this. His eyes are about twice the size of the other fish you will see in the video. Any ideas??

Also - this one will not eat and barely moves from the spot shown in the video. He was fine earlier today.

I cannot see enough in the video to make up exactly what is wrong with your fish other than its behavior/swimming is not normal and its breathing seems to be very rapid and labored. This could be caused by a variety of things unforunately. Could you tell us more about the fish and the tank? How long have you had them? Are they wild caught or captive raised? Were they quarantined? Any other recent additions? Water quality? Etc.
