possible to mix two specices in 75g?

I currently have had (for several years now) a 75g having a single gold-stripe maroon and a 29g having a single pink skunk clownfish. Unfortunately, I have to take down my 29 and consolidate everything in the 75g. Both clownfish are relatively the same size and age, but I'm thinking that it would still be irresponsible to mix the two in the 75g (the forum FAQ on this issue says mixing is sometimes possible in "large" tanks, but I don't consider my 75g large).

So, before I give away my pink skunk to another competent reefer, I wanted to verify that two different clownfish species cannot be mixed in a 75g.

ive had a cinamin with a maroon in a 75 gal but i put them in together at the same time and id be afraid the pink skunk couldnt hold its own till they find seperate hiding spots

Two pairs living in a tank, clowns hosting an Anemone. They either do or they dont. ;)

A pink skunk has a good chance to mix because it is different in shape and color, I've done it.
You may want to move a couple rocks around to fool the existing clown into thinking it's in a new environment.

oooh that is a tough one, it may work, but the maroon probably wont allow it. if you had a perc and a skunk it would most likely work out.
