possible to use prazipro while doing hypo?

I came home today to find my gold flake angel swollen like a thanksgiving day parade balloon. I just started doing hypo to treat ich and possibly flukes. Would it be too much stress to add prazi too?

I have never seen a fish that was "swollen" and that swolleness was attributed to ich...
Are you sure that is what it is?
Is she a new addition?
Any changes in food/tankmates/water chem?

+1 sound like an internal parasite or infection.

is it possible that the fish has dropsy? Dropsy is caused by water quality and/or internal bacterial infections. Both of those causes will not be fixed by prazipro.

totally forgot about dropsy and now that I looked it up it seems more like dropsy. I have been dealing with ick and going hypo has caused some stress im sure.
