Post interceptor in tank treatment questions...

So I am done with my treatments.

How long did you run the carbon before changing it out?

How long did you wait to return hermits and shrimp to the tank?

I didn't do a huge waterchange afterwards maybe 20 percent. Is the large waterchange for removing some interceptor or for removing bad water and stuff that has died? Because my levels stayed the same through the treatment I think my fish took care of any pods that died.

I was thinking about running a fresh batch of carbon everyweek for maybe 4 weeks.

Guessing I should do one more waterchange and change the carbon three times over the next week then start the once a week changes.

I am thinking after the water change I do tomorow it will be safe to put the hermits and shrimp back...
