i was curious what others who have them look like. mine was just a lucky find. i would say it is about 6 inchs across now.

first pic is without a flash. second pic is with a flash.


also not to be rude what did you guys pay for yours if you don't mind me asking?

i decided to to mainly softies in my tank so what ever sps are there are there but my first love has always been clams. Konrad still wants that blue squamossa i have.

I got it local about 2-3 years ago...it was just a little baby then.......

same here i got mine locally as well someone was breaking there tank down and had grown it out from a baby for three years. didn't realize what he had there.

Phishy Business just sold one like the first pic. It was listed at $700. Go to their website it is still there under clams.

the one phisy sold was only three inchs too.

Blue Squami. I purchased this clam at the LFS a couple of years ago for $30 or $40 bucks.

did you but it as a blue or a yellow and it turned blue?

sorry my typo did you buy it as a blue clam or as a yellow squammie and it changed to a blue as it got bigger. that is what happened with the one i have.
