I always wanted one and never could have one in my 240g DT as I have a little bit of everything in there. So now that I have an additional 150g I'm looking to get one. What corals/inverts are no no's with these fish? Clams?

I had an Orange belly, it loved my open brains, blastos and acans. Had to get rid of a beautiful fish. It ate mysis right away and steadily as well.

Figured that. Are clams hit or miss or safe? I've had mediocre success with a flame angel and bicolor before. They left the clams alone but picked at things. I can live with keeping zoas in my 240g only.

My 7" red sea regal never bothered any of my corals and I had mixed Reef with zoas, lps, sps, and clams. Ate frozen well with some pellets.

I have a Red Sea regal who is one of my favorites. He doesn't touch any of my sps, clams and euphyllias. Eats everything: pellets, flakes, mysis, brine, and mussel. The only coral he ate completely was a colony of zoas, but it wasn't too bad. I love the fish.

you guys with the model citizen Regals..how long have you had them?...I have an Indo and didn't touch anything for alittle over six months then some softies were on the menu. I feed it very well too and seems to only go after certain brightly colored zoas, acans. It tends to leave reds and greens alone and it doesn't touch any SPS or LPS other than certrain acans ....I'm not even going to try a clam.

Had two Red Sea Regals for over 5 years each and they never touched LPS, SPS or clams. Murder on zoanthids and Aptasia though.
