Is this a normal color for these anemones?
I've seen a few in the LFS recently that were a nice yellow (not light flourescent yellow like this  , but a more solid yellow like this)
Reading through Wet-web media, the info said that this is a "bleached" color. Normal color was supposed to be more brown.

HELP!
Im back wih some questions,
The small anemone as i said I fed it yesterday and when i woke up this morning it had spitted out the shrimp chunk i fed it it was sitting net to it when i woke up but the anemone is still in its place...
Also i have a another new bigger anemone which won attach it just moves along with the current, I turned off both of my powerheads so only the return pump from the sump is working, when i bought this big anemone it was attached and had a good color and everything, a couple of minutes ago I fed a small piece of shrimp which it ate, just to make it feel more comfortable so it would attach, right now its just sitting..
I have a 42gal display with a 15 gal sump, skimmer and a next to be refugium... Dont know much about my lighting I have a 10000K ocean sun and a 7000k white light.. Live rock and about inches of sand
Here are some pics

You have some bad cyno/diatoms/algae going on there, judging from the pics, which leads me to believe you have some water quality problems going on.
I've had bleached look worse than that and recover. You must provide the right water parameters and they will recover.
