Potters Angel with non-cloudy popeye and sack

Hi All

I have a Potters Angle in QT with a Lunare wrasse. The Tank has a 2.5ppm dose of Copper Power. The wrasse is fine and healthy so far but the Angle both eyes are popped out not cloudy and his left eye has a sack bellow it. Both fish will eat, the angle has a hard time hitting the food on target from what I can tell.

What can I do to heal the angle?

Lower copper?
Epson Salt?
API Melafix?


Any help appreciated!

Wow!
Both my potters came down w/ the same thing last week, They're still popped, 1 has just the r/s eye ,other has both
I feel so bad & helpless, I lowered the tank temp to 77 deg & have did a wc the other day.
Weird too because since the Potters came down w/ this, 3 outta my 5 leopard wrasses have not been out ( bout 7 days )
I hope some oe chimes in, I read wc is basically only thing to do unless u like putting chemicals in your tank

I cured him with Triple Sulfa in QT. It cleared up within two rounds of the antibiodic. I tried API Melafix first which really is just tea tree oil and then tried Maracin II. Hes now super healthy in my 55 DT. All I ever see him eat is mysis which I feed every other day. I feed pellets every day.
