Alzika, I had the same predicament as you with a potters and flame. I have a true hawaiian flame angel collected off the west coast of one of the smaller islands. I know its real because my friend personally collected it. I can't believed it survived the shipping considering when I opened the box, the fish was about 3/4-1 inch long. I placed him in my 46 reef and I've had him for roughly 3 years. Almost a year ago I aquired a small potters the exact same size as the flame. I took a chance and put him in the 46 as well. There was no fighting or chasing or nipping. Neither have declared dominance. The only thing that happened was that the flame lost some redness. Could these two form a pair. They are both about 1 1/2 inches now.
