Powder Blue Tang aggression.

Ok so before I found this forum I added a powder blue tang to my soon to be reef set up. I had two clowns in the tank and added a yellow and powder blue. All those fish are doing very well so yesterday I added a few more. (First fish have been in around three months) I added a flame and coral beauty angel and two purple dottybacks. Now I knew the PBT would be aggressive toward any new tang additions to the tank however mine has been chasing ALL the new fish around pretty much keeping them hidden in caves. Is this normal? Will he stop in a day or two after he gets use to them? Or did I just happen to purchase a butthole? Any advice or help would be appreciated.
And before anyone says it, yes I now know it would have been best to save him for last addition and if I could do it over that's what I'd do. (Found that out after purchase, store told me he'd be fine) I asked a different local store about moving him out, but they suggested since he's happy and healthy leave him alone, apparently it's usually a hard fish and I've had great luck with him other than this aggression issue.

How big is the tank? If the tank is too small, aggression will spread towards all other fish.

Powder Blue Tang aggression.

125 gal.. He has never once bothered the clowns, however they were in the tank before the PBT

Reefers had luck in putting a large mirror against the glass of the tank for a few days. The PBT will be distracted with his image, and he will attempt to fight with his image, and the other fish will have an easier times settle-in in the new tank.

re arrange the rock work sometimes will help.. but they will always show some aggression.how bad is it .are they just chasing each other.unless they are backing up to each other and causing damage let them work it out. .

No so far just chasing, I've not seen him back into them and tail flash them at all just running them around the tank. Actually came home from work today and almost all the fish were out of the rock work swimming. I've seen him give a little chase since being home but nothing like before. Maybe he's getting use to them and will start to leave them alone now
